In this Forest Bathing session, writer and Forest Bathing guide Anne Markham Bailey leads participants in opening the senses and then offers creative writing prompts.
Forest Bathing is a guided immersion in nature. Through a series of simple invitations, participants open their senses and connect with the living world of the Japanese Gardens. Each writing prompt is followed by a sharing circle, and the immersion ends with hot tea.
Studies show that Forest Bathing supports well-being and provides an opportunity to relax and reinvigorate through deep connection in the fundamental creativity of existence.
